Wynn’s^® values you as a customer and respects your right to privacy. We recognize that you purchase our products and services because you trust that we will stand behind our promises. In turn, we pledge our commitment to treating your information responsibly and we do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to ensure your personal information is treated responsibly and in accordance with our privacy policy. We also restrict access to your personal information within our organization to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you, or to conduct Wynn’s^® business. Employees who have access to customer information may use it only for legitimate business purposes. Additionally, we safeguard customer information in accordance with applicable data security regulations.

Unfortunately, due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communication and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we can disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.

When you purchase a Wynn’s^® vehicle service contract, we collect some basic information that is used to fulfill your order and provide you with the protection included in the Wynn’s^® vehicle service contract you’ve purchased

Wynn’s^® may, on occasion, use your name, address, e-mail address, or other information to notify you about appropriate news and product availability. You have the ability to remove your name from these communications upon request.

Our administrator is the only company that will obtain personally identifying information about you, and such information is restricted to the information you provided on your Service Contract Application. To the extent that our administrator has access to your information, they have agreed with us that they will treat it at least as protectively as they treat information they obtain from their other users. While we attempt to require our service providers to follow privacy practices no less protective of all users than our practices described in this document, we cannot guarantee their compliance with this Privacy Statement.
